Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional IT function, overseeing strategy, delivery, and operations across Asia
- Act as the key interface between HQ and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution
- Partner with trading desks and front-office teams to support and enhance critical trading systems
- Drive the development and optimization of low-latency, high-availability technology platforms
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing IT teams across the region
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners
- Ensure strong governance across cybersecurity, operational risk, and regulatory requirements
You have:
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within investment banking or financial markets
- Strong background supporting trading environments (e.g., markets, commodities, or similar)
- Deep understanding of trading systems, infrastructure, and front-to-back architecture
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders across global and regional teams
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments across Asia
- Strong communication and influencing skills
