We are seeking an experienced, high-calibre Senior Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end financial management, operational frameworks, and HR/payroll functions for both our Fund entities and Fund Management Investment platform.

This is a comprehensive, high-visibility position suitable for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic asset management environment. You will bridge corporate accounting, fund operations, treasury, regulatory tax filings, and core HR administration, serving as a key operational pillar for senior management.

1. Bookkeeping & Financial Control: Manage full-set accounting records for fund entities and the fund manager, ensuring rigorous vendor invoice validation, cost tracking, and alignment with internal authorization workflows.
2. Cash & Treasury Oversight: Direct daily cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization. Oversee company and fund bank accounts, process vendor and fund manager payments, manage bond coupon schedules, and execute fixed deposit rollovers.
3. Tax & Audit Management: Prepare and file GST remission applications, tax returns, and statutory reports. Lead annual audit processes, coordinate directly with external auditors, tax advisers, and authorities, and ensure timely query resolution.
4. Financial Planning & Analysis: Review monthly operating expenses, investigate variances, calculate introducer and referral fees, and support annual budgeting and forecasting.

1. Counterparty Onboarding: Direct the operational setup and onboarding for custodians, executing brokers, banks, and administrators, maintaining complete audit documentation.
2. Investor Onboarding: Review, verify, and process investor subscription and onboarding documentation in compliance with operational standards.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Draft and submit quarterly and annual Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) declarations, lead annual FATCA and CRS reporting processes, and prepare SEC Large Trader Reports (Form 13H-A).

1. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Execute accurate end-to-end monthly payroll, handle expense reimbursements, and oversee employee leave management systems.
2. HR & Vendor Operations: Draft employment contracts, manage personnel records, and negotiate/renew medical insurance coverage and employee benefits with brokers.
3. Recruitment & Facilities: Oversee end-to-end talent sourcing, candidate screening, and employee onboarding. Manage lease negotiations and vendor relations for office facilities.

1. Experience: 7–12 years of hands-on finance, corporate accounting, and middle-office operations experience within a fund manager, asset management firm, or private equity house in Singapore.
2. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in full-set bookkeeping, GST remission rules, MAS regulatory expectations, FATCA/CRS frameworks, and payroll management.
3. Execution & Ownership: Highly organized multi-tasker capable of seamlessly balancing financial control, regulatory compliance, and operational HR demands.
4. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with external auditors, regulatory bodies, banking partners, brokers, and internal decision-makers.
