Job Description

Role Summary

You will be involved in the sales, marketing, and onboarding of a wide range of SME banking products and services to meet the financial and investment needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Products include commercial property loans, trade finance, and asset-based financing.

You will also support the end-to-end processing of new applications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
• Promote SME banking products, including term loans, asset-based financing solutions and trade finance
• Manage the loan origination process from application through to approval and disbursement
• Conduct basic financial analysis and information gathering to support credit assessment
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of credit documentation and onboarding requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, operations, compliance) to ensure timely and efficient processing

Requirements

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in SME banking, business development, credit, or sales roles
• Exposure to commercial lending, trade finance, or working capital financing is advantageous
• Fresh graduates with strong sales mindset may be considered.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accountancy, or related disciplines
