Our client is an International Bank, who have a strong presence in Singapore. They are looking for VP - Finance Planning & Analysis to join their Finance team.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, P&L analysis, and variance commentary for the Private Banking business.
2. Act as a Finance partner to senior management, product heads, and relationship managers, providing insights to support business decisions.
3. Analyse revenue, costs, client and product profitability, and key KPIs to identify growth and cost optimization opportunities.
4. Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support new initiatives, transactions, pricing, and strategic decisions.
5. Ensure financial reporting accuracy, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and effective coordination with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA are advantageous.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Management Reporting, Business Finance, or Financial Services, preferably within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
3. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, financial modelling, and performance management.
4. Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience analysing AUM, NNM, revenue, profitability, client/product performance, and key business drivers.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with advanced Excel and financial reporting/BI capabilities and the ability to present insights effectively to senior management.
