A well-established Private Bank is seeking an experienced AML Investigations & Transaction Monitoring Officer to join its Compliance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organisation's AML framework and managing financial crime risks across the business.
Responsibilities
The role will cover AML investigations, transaction and name-screening alerts, STR filings, sanctions advisory, and regulatory/counterparty queries, while partnering closely with business stakeholders on AML matters. You will also contribute to the development of AML policies, procedures and controls, monitor regulatory developments, and support broader Compliance initiatives and projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in AML investigations, transaction monitoring, sanctions and/or financial crime compliance within banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of applicable AML regulations and regulatory expectations.
