Main tasks:

Design and implement end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions based on business requirements
Configure and optimize SAP FI/CO processes, including testing and documentation
Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications
Support and continuously enhance finance and controlling processes
Work with additional finance-related applications such as travel & expense, accounts payable, or consolidation tools
Analyze and resolve issues across systems, interfaces, and business processes
Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and cross-functional teams
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, standards, and efficient process design
Contribute to successful project delivery and continuous service improvement initiatives

Your qualifications:

Several years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance, with a strong focus on FI/CO
Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and end-to-end finance processes
Proven experience in full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation projects
Strong knowledge of SAP FI & CO modules, including: General Ledger / New GL, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA / Profitability Analysis
Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes
Experience working in international and virtual project environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
SAP S/4HANA FICO certification is a plus
Experience with additional finance applications and tools is beneficial
Familiarity with governance and compliance standards (e.g. SOX) is an advantage
Comfortable working with project and process documentation tools
Ability to manage projects and coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
