A leading international trust and fiduciary services provider is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the administration of complex trust and corporate structures while delivering high-quality service to international private clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Relationship Managers in the administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, intermediaries, and other professional advisors
- Prepare and maintain statutory records, corporate documentation, and trust records
- Assist with document execution, payment preparation, drafting resolutions, and meeting minutes
- Support the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures
- Prepare internal and external client correspondence and documentation
- Manage the opening, maintenance, and closure of custodian and bank accounts
- Maintain accurate client records within internal management systems
- Assist with client structure closures, transfers, and restructuring processes
- Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives as required
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience within a trust company, fiduciary services provider, private office, or corporate services environment
- Good knowledge of trust and company administration processes
- Understanding of fiduciary, corporate, and regulatory requirements affecting international private clients
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and investment products
- STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Business Central or similar client management systems is an advantage
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, reliable, and client-focused with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic international team
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
