Your Mission

You anticipate market shifts, evolving consumer expectations, and the growing impact of technology - especially AI - and turn them into strategic opportunities for Consumer Goods and Retail clients. You shape data-driven strategies, guide clients through transformation, and ensure pragmatic execution that delivers measurable business outcomes. Your expertise strengthens client relationships, expands key accounts, and drives value across the CPG and Retail landscape.

Your Daily Work

• Drive growth across both Consumer Goods and Retail
  You elevate our market position by designing and executing strategies that address the unique challenges and opportunities in the Swiss CPG and Retail sectors.
• Collaborate across ONE Accenture
  You work hand-in-hand with colleagues from Song, Data & AI, and Technology, ensuring our clients benefit from the full breadth of Accenture's capabilities and integrated innovation power.
• Shape AI-powered strategic agendas
  You analyze trends and competitive dynamics, leverage advanced analytics and AI insights, and translate them into growth strategies and operating models that unlock tangible value for clients.

Who You Are

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the CPG and Retail industry, plus significant experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Strong focus on enterprise and industry strategy, with proven ability to lead senior-level strategic workstreams across multiple domains (including commercial priorities)
• Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and identify new opportunities
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex, data-driven insights into clear, actionable strategies
• Fluency in French and English; German is a strong plus
• Based in the Geneva region
