We are currently mandated by one of my clients to recruit their RFP Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You contribute decisively to prepare high-quality tender responses and questionnaires for institutional clients.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and coordinate responses to institutional tenders and due diligence questionnaires, ensuring clarity, quality, and compliance.
Manage and optimise consultant databases to enhance visibility and coverage of investment strategies.
Maintain and standardise due diligence materials for flagship funds.
Coordinate inputs from multiple internal stakeholders (Investments, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to deliver complete and timely proposals.
Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure effective organisation of internal documentation and processes.
Quickly build knowledge of investment strategies and internal workflows to contribute effectively from the outset.

Profile :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
