- Manage the brand's day-to-day organic social media presence across key platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok and contributing to the development of YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Facebook.
- Own and maintain the global social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches and key brand initiatives.
- Write and prepare social media content, coordinate publishing activities and ensure consistency across channels.
- Partner closely with internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders to deliver impactful social media activations.
- Monitor social media performance, prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve engagement and audience growth.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, platform updates and best practices to continuously enhance the brand's social media presence.
Profile :
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Content or Community Management.
- Strong expertise in organic social media management.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Naturally curious and passionate about social media trends, digital culture and emerging platforms.
- Hands-on, proactive and able to challenge ideas while bringing practical solutions.
