What would your role be?

• Join our Private Clients Business Engineering team and take end-to-end business ownership of our Digital Meeting and Holistic Advice applications - the tools our client advisors use to prepare, run and follow up client meetings and to advise clients across their entire wealth.
• Cover a broad range of responsibilities, from acting as deputy product owner and managing the backlog to running technical analyses.
• Translate client and advisor needs into clear, testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers to ensure a shared understanding of the requirements and support them throughout implementation.
• Run user acceptance testing and use data analysis and reporting to measure adoption and continuously improve the applications.
• Challenge the status quo and bring your own ideas on how to make our advisory processes simpler, faster and more effective.
• Collaborate with neighboring teams - UX, Investment Platform and CRM/CLM - to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Train and support our client advisors and actively drive adoption of the applications and processes.
• Keep technical and user documentation up to date and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What are we looking for?

• Several years of experience as a Business Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Owner, ideally in banking or wealth management.
• Strong analytical thinking and hands-on data analysis skills, including SQL and a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with client-facing applications and agile software development (e.g. Scrum), including close collaboration with UX.
• Hands-on experience with our day-to-day toolchain: Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• A basic understanding of software architecture and APIs, and ideally first hands-on experience with AI-supported features.
• A track record of delivering complex digital solutions from concept to production, on time and within budget.
• A passion for great user experience and a commitment to high quality standards.
• The ability to grasp complex topics quickly and explain them to both business and IT audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to move things forward together with the Private Clients platform teams.
• Fluent in German and English (both essential).
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
