Overview of Role
During your Internship in our Swiss HR team, you will collaborate with experienced HR professionals on the daily activities and real-world HR Projects. We offer you a great opportunity to gain first work experience in Human Resources in a multinational work environment in Zurich.
You will have your own tasks and responsibilities and also help us in the ongoing administration. This internship can last for nine to twelve months with an ideal start date in October 2026.

Responsibilities
- Help on all activities along the employee lifecycle, such as coordinating interviews, onboarding, transfer of employees, contractual changes and departure of an employee
- Writing general correspondence (e. g. work certificates and confirmations, training agreements, etc.)
- Managing work permit requests as well as tracking of temporary employees and visitors from abroad with the appropriate follow up actions with the authorities (Meldeverfahren, 120 day work permits)
- General administrative support, including updating the Org Charts, HR Intranet sites, process the HR shared mailbox, handling invoices, organising the Welcome Day etc.
- Collaboration with HR Business Partners in Zurich and Geneva in various tasks for all departments in our Wealth Management Division
- Preparing reports and presentations on HR related metrics
- Ad-hoc projects in close collaboration with the Team
Education and Qualifications
- Student in business administration or similar
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- You care about people, teams and their HR questions and queries
- A first working experience is a plus
- Fluent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
- Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
