Main tasks:

Take ownership of the continuous improvement and stable operation of SAP PP and QM processes within the SAP logistics landscape.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, key users, and SAP experts to gather requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
Perform SAP customizing in PP and QM and drive the implementation of new and enhanced processes from an application perspective.
Analyze production and quality management processes and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Handle incidents and change requests in 2nd and 3rd level support.
Create functional specifications, system documentation, and training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Prepare specifications for ABAP developments and coordinate closely with developers during implementation.
Work with internal IT teams, system specialists, and external partners in an international environment.
Contribute to projects, rollouts, and initiatives focused on process harmonization and system optimization.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM, including customizing, with a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, challenge requirements, and translate them into efficient SAP solutions.
ABAP debugging skills; development experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP PP-DS and/or MES systems is an advantage.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
