Main tasks:

Design and manage integration architectures using SAP Integration Suite, SAP PO/PI, API Management, and other relevant technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and ensure end-to-end consistency of solutions

Ensure stable operations of integration interfaces; proactively resolve complex issues and bottlenecks

Promote best practices in integration design, including security standards and performance optimization

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members; review deliverables and support knowledge sharing

Support project delivery teams across the entire system development lifecycle, focusing on integration topics

Actively contribute to the cloud transformation journey, particularly in the integration landscape

Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies such as Event Mesh, BTP, APIs, and CDS Views

Your qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

Several years of hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies

Expertise in: SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management), UDFs, Java, or Groovy scripting, SAP PI/PO (Process Integration / Orchestration), Working with OData, REST, SOAP APIs

Strong understanding of:, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Event-driven architectures (SAP Event Mesh; knowledge of AEM is a plus), IDoc, RFC, ALE, EDI, and related SAP protocols, Cloud and hybrid integration scenarios

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn business needs into technical integration solutions

Fluent in English and German

SAP Integration Suite certification or similar credentials is a strong advantage
