Do you want to define and govern how cryptographic keys are secured across a financial enterprise? Are you motivated by combining security, risk, and regulatory requirements into real control frameworks?

Join SIX as a Key Management Security Officer and take ownership of key management governance, ensuring secure and auditable cryptographic controls across critical platforms.

What You Will Do

• Define and enforce key management policies, standards, and controls
• Oversee the full lifecycle of cryptographic keys (generation to destruction)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, FINMA, DORA)
• Support audits and maintain evidence for control traceability
• Assess risks and define mitigation measures for key management environments

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of cryptography and key lifecycle management
• Experience with HSMs and key management platforms (e.g., Keyfactor, cloud KMS,Securesys,Thales,Entrust)
• Proven background in audit, compliance, or regulated environments
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in information security or related field; certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus
