Main responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience across all aspects of UK payroll processing and implementation.
- Accurately and efficiently process multiple payrolls and implementations on behalf of clients, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional support to clients on payroll-related matters, including acting as a backup during holidays or emergencies to maintain service continuity.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and information within the CloudPay payroll system.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data or documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures.
- Responsible for prioritising client's payroll and delivering payrolls as required.
- Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory UK authorities.
- Compile and file all required reports with relevant UK government agencies, ensuring full compliance.
Experience needed for this role
- 5 GCSEs minimum, equivalent to A - C including Maths and English
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
