Ways of Working:Remote First
- You'll be acting as a development manager and interacting with our registered brokers via telephone and webchat
- You'll be providing expert knowledge on mortgage process and policy both pre and post application submission
- We'll look to you to develop productive relationships with brokers to make sure they understand the business proposition and deliver fit for purpose client solutions
- You'll have a pivotal role as you support the development of our growth in line with our needs and strategy
- This is a remote-first role, so you'll spend most of your time at home, working with your team digitally and coming into the office a minimum of twice a month
- This job does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements

We're looking for someone with knowledge of the mortgage market to join us in this role. With your excellent rapport building and communication skills, you'll be comfortable delivering and exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
It would be desirable for you to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of technology platforms such as GMS, CRM and Ela
- A CeMAP qualification
- An understanding of the bank's mortgage policies and process
