Credit Controller - Bristol
Contract: Temp to perm
Location: Bristol - 1 day per week in the office, with the remainder working remotely.
We're recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a team based in Bristol on a temp-to-perm basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous Business-to-Consumer (B2C) credit control experience, managing payments and outstanding balances directly with individual customers rather than business clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage outstanding customer accounts and chase overdue payments.
- Contact customers by phone and email to arrange payments and resolve queries.
- Set up and monitor payment plans where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and collection activity.
- Handle payment disputes and account queries professionally.
- Work towards collection targets and reduce outstanding debt.
- Previous B2C credit control experience is essential.
- Confident communicating with individual customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Strong telephone manner and negotiation skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
