Aon's UK Retail business is currently recruiting a Client Service Advisor to join our Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) team!

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Chelmsford office.

What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Design, review and enhance client insurance programmes, identifying opportunities to improve risk protection and value.
• Prepare and present client-facing documentation, including reports, presentations, renewal strategies and cover comparisons.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers and Aon's global network to coordinate complex and multinational programmes.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by connecting clients with Aon's wider risk, insurance and advisory expertise.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience within commercial insurance is desirable and will be an advantage.
• Currently working towards, or with a genuine desire to undertake, professional insurance qualifications.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks and deliver work accurately and on time.
• A strong understanding of FCA principles and procedures is desirable.
