We're looking for a Digital Insights Analyst to help shape how we measre, nderstand and optimise digital experiences across or cstomer and adviser jorneys. This is a fantastic opportnity to work across a broad digital landscape, trning data into actionable insight that improves cstomer engagement, spports strategic decision-making and drives commercial otcomes. Yo'll collaborate with a variety of colleages across Marketing, Digital, Technology and Cstomer teams, playing a key role in bilding a more insight-led and data-informed organisation.



Yo will be responsible for digital measrement, performance reporting, and insight generation. Yo will help find opportnities to enhance cstomer experiences, improve engagement, and maximise the vale of or digital channels.


What Yo'll Be Doing

Delivering insight and performance analysis across websites, digital channels, mobile applications and cstomer commnications.

Developing and maintaining measrement frameworks that spport bsiness, marketing and cstomer objectives.

Analysing cstomer jorneys and behavioral data to identify trends, opportnities and areas for optimisation.

Creating dashboards, reporting and visalisations that spport bsiness decision-making and performance tracking.

Measring the effectiveness of campaigns, engagement activity and digital initiatives, translating findings into practical recommendations.

Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Technology and Cstomer teams to improve digital performance and develop a cltre of evidence-based decision making.

Essential Criteria

Experience within digital analytics, marketing analytics, cstomer insight or a similar analytical role.

Strong experience sing digital analytics platforms sch as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics or eqivalent tools.

Experience analysing cstomer behavior, digital jorneys and engagement performance to generate actionable insights.

Experience creating dashboards and reporting sing tools sch as Power BI, Tablea or Looker Stdio.

Experience measring digital, CRM, email or marketing performance and making evidence-based recommendations.

Desirable Criteria

Experience sing SQL to qery, analyse or maniplate data.

Experience with experimentation, A/B testing or conversion rate optimisation methodologies.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Clod, cstomer data platforms or similar technologies.

Experience implementing digital tracking, tagging or measrement reqirements.

Experience working within a reglated indstry sch as Financial Services.

Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
