Ancillary Performance Executive: We're lookingfor an Ancillary Performance Executive to join our Ancillary Product Managementteam and help drive the performance and growth of Ageas' ancillary incomestreams. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individualwho enjoys influencing decisions that deliver both customer value and businessgrowth.

You'll be basedfrom any Ageas office once every fortnight, with the rest of your time workingin our flexible hybrid model.

Main Responsibilities as Ancillary Performance Executive:

Working withFinance, Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Claims, Trading and Change teams,you'll play a key role in understanding how our products and customer journeysare performing, identifying opportunities for improvement and supportinginitiatives that optimise revenue, profitability and customer outcomes.

Operating in afast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll provide robust performance reports,forecasting and commercial insight that helps shape trading decisions andsupports the continued development of our ancillary proposition. You'll beresponsible for monitoring MI, business performance against plan, identifyingemerging risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations that help drivesustainable growth.

A significantpart of the role will involve evaluating customer behaviour, productperformance and value measures to help improve customer outcomes and ensurefair value and Consumer Duty principles remain central to decision-making.You'll also contribute to proposition development, trading initiatives andcontrolled testing activity, helping the business understand what works bestfor our customers and where future opportunities exist.

Alongside this,you'll support forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning activities,contribute to business cases and commercial modelling, including customerlifetime value analysis, and provide insight into competitor activity andbroader market trends. Through building strong relationships with stakeholdersacross the business, you'll help turn insight into action and contribute to theprofitable growth of our ancillary portfolio.

Skills and experience you need as Ancillary Performance Executive:

We're lookingfor someone with experience within the general insurance industry, ideally in acommercial, trading, analytical or product-focused role, who is passionateabout improving performance and delivering better outcomes for customers.You'll have strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience ofperformance reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis. You'llalso be comfortable using data to tell a story, translating complex informationinto clear recommendations that support business decisions.

You'll bringexperience of commercial modelling, business case development and customerlifetime value analysis, together with a good understanding of ancillaryproducts, customer journeys, product governance and Consumer Duty requirementswithin Personal Lines insurance. Strong stakeholder management andcommunication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships,influence decisions and work collaboratively across a variety of teams. We'realso looking for someone who is organised, proactive, commercially curious andable to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high attention todetail.
