Description

Our Chandlers Ford team is looking to recruit a Tax Semi Senior or Tax Senior to join its growing tax practice. This is a varied mixed tax role, offering exposure to a broad range of compliance and advisory work, as well as opportunities to gain experience in R&D tax relief.



This is an excellent opportunity to develop your tax career within a Top 20 accountancy firm, working alongside experienced professionals and a diverse client portfolio.




Key Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.



Prepare the tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin's standard procedures.



Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.



Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.



Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.



Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.



Training junior team members.



Represent the firm internally and externally a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.




Key Requirements

• ATT qualified.

At least 3-5 years of experience in tax, preferably within a practice environment.




Additional Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Good attention to detail and organisation, and a proactive and enthusiastic attitude are essential.

• Experienced and capable using tax software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Wide range of tax experience.
