Meraki Talent are looking for an experienced and organised Audit Manager to join a growing fund administration business.
  
As part of this role, you will act as a key point of contact between our clients and their appointed auditors, ensuring that audit requests are managed efficiently and that the necessary information and documentation are provided accurately and on time.
  
You will work closely with internal teams, clients and external audit firms, coordinating audit requirements and helping to ensure a smooth and well-managed audit process.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate requests from external auditors on behalf of our fund clients.
• Liaise with auditors, clients and internal teams to ensure information requests are understood and addressed promptly.
• Produce, collate and review audit documentation and supporting information.
• Monitor audit requests and ensure responses are delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate the flow of information between auditors and relevant internal departments.
• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies arising during the audit process.
• Maintain accurate records of audit requests, responses and supporting documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, auditors and key stakeholders.
• Support the wider fund administration team with audit-related activities and process improvements.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and client expectations.

  
Applicants should have strong experience within fund administration, audit, accounting or financial services, with excellent organisational and communication skills.  Additionally, applicants should be able to demonstrate experience working with external auditors, as well as a working knowledge of fund administration and/or investment funds.
  
Applicants who have managed offshore teams, would be desirable, however not necessary. 
  
As a person you will have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  This is a deadline driven environment, therefore applicants must be able to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously, while providing a first class service.
