Change Manager

London | 2 Days Onsite per Week

£500 per day inside IR35

We are looking for an experiencedChange Manager to join a major transformation programme focused on driving adoption of new technology, embedding new ways of working, and building capability across sales and service teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional who combines strong organisational change expertise with learning and capability development experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful adoption, stakeholder engagement, and realisation of business benefits across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end change management activities across a complex transformation programme
2. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
3. Develop and deliver change and communication plans
4. Design and support learning, training, and capability-building initiatives
5. Drive user adoption and embed new processes and behaviours
6. Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with business stakeholders
7. Support governance, reporting, and programme delivery activities
8. Establish adoption metrics and track benefits realisation
9. Produce insights and recommendations based on adoption and performance data
10. Engage and influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders

Essential Experience

1. Experience supporting large-scale technology or Salesforce transformations
2. Strong understanding of change methodologies such as ADKAR
3. Experience managing technology-enabled change initiatives
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Learning, training, or capability development experience
6. Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills
7. Experience measuring change adoption and business readiness
8. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
