A leading real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Asset Management Specialist to manage a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans and support a high-profile institutional client mandate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial real estate loans.
- Act as a key contact for borrowers, lenders, and investors.
- Analyse property financials and prepare quarterly asset reports.
- Monitor cash flows, valuations, market conditions, and loan performance.
- Review borrower requests, consents, and construction draw submissions.
- Prepare portfolio updates and track key loan events and triggers.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate asset management, loan servicing, or structured finance.
- Strong understanding of CRE underwriting, debt structures, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of key metrics including IRR, NPV, DSCR, Debt Yield, NOI, and NCF.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
