First Response Claims Handler

Location: Uxbridge | Type: Full-Time Hybrid

Working hours: Monday to Friday Covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8-430pm & 930-6pm) 1 in 4 Saturdays 930am - 330pm 1 shift per week 1030-730pm

We've been helping non-fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like-for-like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a First Response Claims Handler, you'll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!
Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way - feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!
Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy!
Promoting our services with confidence and care!

What You Bring:

A friendly and engaging phone manner.
Strong communication, listening skills, and decision-making skills.
Great time management and attention to detail.
The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions
A passion for helping people and working in a team
A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
Bonus points for knowledge of the automotive or insurance world-but not essential!
