Over24 months, we provide you with the opportunity to begin your career as aninsurance professional who understands risks and how to manage them.
Ourprogramme develops your expertise in every underwriting area, from initialintroduction of the risk, through assessment of the coverage required, topolicy pricing and account management. In doing so, you will learn how weprovide insurance for a wide range of risks, from earthquakes to workplaceinjuries.

Wealso provide you with full support for your professional insurancequalification with the Chartered Institute of Insurance, the leading UKindustry body for insurance professionals.

Ourproven approach gives you an in-depth understanding and invaluable experienceof how insurance works, as well as providing you with great opportunities todevelop a broad network of market contacts. This ensures you have a strongfoundation on which to build your career.

• In your first two weeks, we provide you with a structured induction programme to help welcome and prepare you for your role
• We support you through your Chartered Insurance Institute professional qualification (ACII); with this qualification you join the UK's community of proven insurance professionals
• We provide learning opportunities on each placement, including structured on-the-job training, technical briefings, professional education courses and self-study
• Rotation to work across different lines of business and departments (which will potentially include a placement overseas)
• We will also provide you with a buddy and a mentor

About you

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Committed to studying for an insurance-related professional qualification

You have a 2.1 degree. You have 3 or more 'A' levels(grades A to C), plus GCSE Math's and English (both minimum grade B). A secondlanguage such as German, Spanish, Italian or French is a bonus but notessential. You have good IT skills including Microsoft Excel. You can startwith us in September 2026 and have an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
