We have an opportunity available for proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality administration services across employee benefit trusts and related structures.
You'll be joining a supportive environment where learning, development and career progression are genuinely encouraged. As part of our friendly Operations team, you'll work closely with colleagues across our Employee Share Plans business, gaining valuable experience within the financial services industry. Our office is located in the heart of St Helier and even features a fantastic roof terrace for you to enjoy.

A role you will love
As an Operations Administrator, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day administration of employee benefit trusts and related structures. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing and processing documentation, and supporting the wider team with administration, documentation and operational processes.

We're looking for someone who can:
Previous administration, customer service, financial services, banking, or office-based experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Please note you must have five years' residency in Jersey, entitled status or the equivalent right to work, to be considered for this role.

- Delivering high-quality administrative support across all Trust administration activities
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all tasks follow established processes
- Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and minimising risk
- Responding promptly and professionally to written and telephone queries
- Ensuring accurate and timely personal time recording
- Meeting agreed service levels and contributing to team productivity
- Supporting the Team Manager with ad hoc duties and projects
What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who can:
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Stay organised and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Use Microsoft Office and other business systems confidently
- Learn new systems, processes and technologies quickly
- Work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Hold a minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English, and/or Grade C, at A-Level
- Commit to starting a relevant professional qualification (JFSC Table 5 or above)
