What They're Looking For

• England & Wales qualified solicitor or about to qualify


• 0-2 years' PQE with some property experience, ideally with rural or agricultural focus


• Strong academics and attention to detail


• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships


• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building a long-term career in this sector
