Our client is seeking a Vice President to join its London team, advising technology services, specialist consulting, software-enabled services, cybersecurity, cloud, and data & analytics businesses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A mandates and manage day-to-day client relationships.
- Oversee financial analysis, valuation work, and transaction materials.
- Coordinate due diligence, buyer engagement, and transaction workstreams.
- Support business development and sector coverage initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Requirements
- Proven M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance experience - minimum 5 years experience.
- Strong transaction execution and client management capabilities.
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Interest in technology services, consulting, software, and digital sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset.
