A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking an Investments Associate to join its growing Real Estate Investments team in Atlanta. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working alongside an experienced team across acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite new real estate investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain complex financial models and investment analyses.
- Conduct market research, due diligence, and valuation analysis.
- Assist with acquisition execution, financing processes, and investment committee materials.
- Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals, operating partners, lenders, and third-party advisors.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, acquisitions, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
- Experience with institutional-quality real estate investments preferred.
