Job Summary: Verifies and dispatches the proper authorities for residential and commercial alarm customers.

- Handles incoming alarm calls and dispatches the proper authorities for residential and commercial alarm customers
- Answers phone calls from end users and dealers
- Answers incoming phone calls and takes messages for dealers and end users
- Handles special projects and dealer/end user issues specifically requested by the alarm manager
- Works with computer alarm automation software to efficiently handle alarms
- Contacts individuals to inform them of alarm-related issues
- Assists the alarm center any time there is a natural disaster or other emergencies
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of the job:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
