The Role
As PE Associate, you will play a critical role in engaging with a growing base of investors. You'll act as a strategic partner-developing relationships, understanding investment objectives, and connecting clients with curated private market opportunities.
This is a consultative sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys having sophisticated conversations about portfolio construction, risk, and emerging industries.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with accredited investors and HNW clients across the U.S.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through private market investment opportunities
- Understand investor goals, risk tolerances, and portfolio strategies to provide tailored recommendations
- Drive engagement and investment activity across a pipeline of offerings
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless client experience from introduction to close
- Support demand generation by proactively identifying and pursuing new investor opportunities
- Contribute to overall deal flow and platform growth
What We're Looking For
- Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 required
- Experience in outbound or relationship-driven sales, ideally within financial services or alternatives
- Strong interest in private markets, venture investing, and emerging sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with sophisticated investors
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
- Based in and authorized to work in the United States
