We are seeking an experienced Endur Trading SME to join a major energy trading transformation programme in the UAE. This role will play a key part in shaping trading solutions, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring best-in-class utilisation of Endur across front-office and risk functions.
You will act as a trusted advisor across trading, risk, and technology teams bringing deep functional expertise in Endur and commodity trading processes to support critical business decisions and system optimisation.
Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise in Openlink Endur , advising on capabilities, configuration, and best practices
- Collaborate with front-office, risk, and IT stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements
- Support solution design and validation , ensuring alignment with trading workflows
- Design and execute test scenarios across the full trade lifecycle
- Review and challenge front-office and risk-related changes
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams
- Contribute to Endur implementations and enhancements , ensuring strong business outcomes
- 10 + years of Openlink Endur experience with strong functional expertise
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across commodities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution validation, and testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Basic understanding of Endur configuration and validation
- Multi-commodity experience (e.g. oil, gas, LNG, power)
- Strong understanding of risk metrics, P&L, and valuation concepts
- Experience working on Endur implementations or transformation programmes
- Familiarity with SQL or scripting for analysis and validation
- Proven examples of delivering business improvements through Endur expertise
