About Our Client

A company operating in the Financial Services sector based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and organise correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
Assist in organising events and team activities as required.
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
