Relationship Manager
Venture Search are currently representing a fast-growing investment and sustainability platform seeking a Relationship Manager to join its commercial team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial business operating at the intersection of investment management, sustainability and environmental markets. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing client and intermediary relationships, supporting commercial initiatives and helping drive the firm's continued growth.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, intermediaries and strategic partners
- Support business development and commercial initiatives across the platform
- Coordinate client communications, proposals and marketing materials
- Manage CRM and commercial workflows, ensuring strong follow-through and execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support strategic projects and broader business initiatives as the company grows
- 3-7 years of experience in client relationship management, investor relations, business development, client services or commercial roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership
- Interest in sustainability, impact investing or environmental markets is advantageous but not essential
