Job Description

Proactively source, prospect, and generate new opportunities across the Middle East
Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed deal
Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
Sell training and learning solutions into banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions
Lead commercial conversations and navigate complex buying processes
Partner with senior stakeholders to structure and close deals
Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations
Expand existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry conferences
Build brand presence and credibility in the Middle East market
Provide market feedback to refine the go-to-market approach

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a Hunter capacity
Experience selling into financial institutions, banks, or related sectors is a strong plus
Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
Strong commercial instincts and confidence in client-facing situations
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a region
Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed
