Data Privacy Manager (12 month FTC)
Locations: Bristol, York or Norwich
Salary: Circa £65k
This is a great role for someone who enjoys turning complex privacy rules into clear, practical advice and working closely with our customer and marketing teams.
A bit about the job
You'll help our Customer & Marketing team use data safely and responsibly, making sure we protect our customers while supporting innovation and growth. As the go-to person for privacy, you'll work closely with marketing, data and technology teams to give clear, practical advice on how we use customer data. You'll support impact assessments, keep our data processing records up to date, and guide decisions on campaigns, customer journeys and new tools.
You'll also review how platforms and suppliers use data, help resolve privacy queries or incidents, and keep our policies and notices accurate. Working with colleagues across Aviva, you'll help us manage risk, share best practice and deliver customer experiences that are both innovative and compliant.
Skills and experience we're looking for
What you'll get for this role:
Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too. And one of the ways we live up to that promise is by investing in you. We have so much to offer when it comes to being an Aviva colleague.

We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working - spending at least 50% of their time in our offices every week - combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
