Personal Injury RTA Associate Lawyer

Due to continued growth, this highly respected law firm is looking to hire and Associate level lawyers (circa 5 PQE) to join their personal injury team based in Glasgow.

The responsibilities will include:

Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence,
Dealing with all types - Fast track and Multi-track cases.
Reviewing all evidence and establishing prospects of success
Reviewing and valuing injury claim
Preparing witness statements
Drafting Court proceedings
Drafting various relevant court documents
Reviewing and valuing credit hire and other special damage
Complying with court directions
Dealing with applications and court hearings
Negotiating settlement

Requirements:

Solid background in personal injury and ideally with experience of RTA.
You should have excellent communication skills and be looking join an ambitious and growing law firm.
Experience of mentoring junior lawyers would be an advantage but not essential.
