The Role

The successful candidate will work across a full range of corporate transactions, including M&A, spin-outs, venture capital deals, and ongoing company law advisory work. The role involves running transactions from inception to completion, drafting and negotiating key documentation, managing client relationships, and contributing to the team's business development initiatives.
The position also offers significant internal and external visibility, strong partner support, and hybrid working arrangements (up to 50% remote).

- Track record or interest in business development activities
