Business Development Specialist
Business Development Specialist - Salary circa £70,000 (depending on location and experience)
Field-based - occasional office presence in Leeds or London is required

A bit about the job:
Our Rescue Partnerships team helps more businesses access Aviva's products and services through trusted commercial relationships. As a Business Development Specialist, you'll find and win new Rescue partnership opportunities across fleet, automotive, leasing and mobility markets. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers, develop compelling proposals and guide opportunities through to agreement. Working closely with commercial colleagues, you'll help deliver profitable growth and create new ways for customers to connect with Aviva. This is a field-based role with plenty of opportunity to build your network and make a visible impact.
As this is a UK-wide role, you'll be expected to travel regularly to build relationships and uncover new business opportunities across the entire country. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, as long as you can commit to occasional office presence in Leeds or London.

- Experience winning new B2B business and building long-term commercial partnerships
- Experience selling products or services to organisations within the fleet, automotive, leasing, rental telematics or mobility sectors
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with senior decision-makers.
- An existing network within the UK fleet or automotive market.
- Ability to develop pipeline from the ground up

- Starting salary circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% (D grade) of annual salary, (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.)
