Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-backed, multi-site Hospitality business in the search for an experienced CFO to work closely alongside the CEO and senior leadership team. The business is entering an important phase of development, with a future exit event on the horizon.



The CFO will provide senior financial leadership across the group, overseeing financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Acting as a key adviser to the CEO, they will provide insight and challenge across commercial and operational decision-making, whilst ensuring the business maintains strong financial controls and governance.



As the business continues to develop, the CFO will lead the finance function and support the continued development of systems, processes, reporting, and management information. They will also be involved in a range of strategic and corporate initiatives as the business progresses through its next phase.



You will work closely with the senior leadership team to support financial performance, improve efficiencies, and provide clear financial insight across the business. You will also work alongside the CEO, investors, and wider stakeholders in preparation for the future exit event.




The Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)


• Proven CFO within a PE-backed environment


• Experience within a multi-site, consumer facing operationally complex business


• Strong commercial and operational finance background


• Strong financial reporting, planning, and control experience


• Commercially astute, with the ability to influence at board and investor level


• Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving business


• A hands-on, resilient, and adaptable leadership style
