We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join Royal London Asset Management's Enterprise Projects team in London. This specialist Organisational Change Management (OCM) role focuses on the people side of change, ensuring strategic, regulatory, operational and technology-driven initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded across the business.

As Change Management Lead, you will establish and lead RLAM's change management capability across its enterprise project portfolio, combining hands-on delivery with practice leadership. Working closely with programme teams, business leaders and key stakeholders, you will drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption and benefits realisation. This is an opportunity to shape how change is delivered across RLAM and influence high-profile programmes.

About the role

  • Lead organisational change management activities across strategic programmes, ensuring successful adoption and lasting outcomes.

  • Assess the impact of change on people, culture, processes and ways of working, developing plans to mitigate risks and maximise success.

  • Design and implement change strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, behavioural change and business benefits.

  • Partner with programme, project and business teams to embed change management activities within delivery plans.

  • Enhance RLAM's change management framework, methodologies, governance, toolkits and best practice guidance.

  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, sponsors and delivery teams, providing coaching and guidance on effective change leadership.

  • Leverage AI, automation and digital tools to improve change effectiveness, insight generation and adoption reporting.

About you

  • Proven experience delivering organisational change management within complex environments across strategic, operational, regulatory or technology change programmes.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness and adoption strategies.

  • Forward-thinking, with experience using change technology, AI and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience developing change management frameworks, methodologies, centres of excellence or organisational capabilities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Skilled in delivering communication, engagement, coaching, training and adoption activities that support successful outcomes.

  • Comfortable operating as a subject matter expert, providing specialist leadership and guidance across multiple initiatives.
