Yor role in the team



Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

Location: London



Main resonsibilities: To develop the Compliance and AML tasks as nd line of defence, in accordance with K Reglation and the Grop policies and procedres.



Identification and assessment of the compliance risks to the branch management and staff.

Establishment of the compliance procedres and policies adapting the Grop policies.

Ensre the implementation of the Grop Compliance Monitoring programme based on the Reglatory Risk Assessment and on the Corporate Defense Model.

To this end, he/she (i)mst ensre that all K applicable reglatory obligations are inclded in scha programme, (ii) have to carry ot the º line controls and define actionplans if needed, and (iii) report the monitoring reslts to the localManagement and to the Compliance department on the headqarters.

Centralisation of information on compliance isses.

Analysis of compliance isses, interventions and follow-p.



Clients De diligence and AML transaction monitoring.

ML Risk Assessment



Assistance and advice to senior management in compliance matters.
