Our Client:
A global financial innovator spanning investment products and digital asset platforms, with offices across Europe and a growing infrastructure team.
The Role:
First point of contact for end-user IT support across a European user base, covering both day-to-day desktop support and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- First/second line support across Windows and macOS
- Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and administration
- Onboarding/offboarding, hardware and access provisioning
- Software deployment and endpoint management
- Meeting room AV/video conferencing support
- Vendor management, licensing and procurement
- Supporting cybersecurity best practice and infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years' desktop/IT support experience
- Strong Windows 11 and macOS knowledge
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) experience
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
