Our client, a well-established London-based asset management firm, is seeking a Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable/Receivable) to join their finance team on an initial 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to gain experience within a respected investment management environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance function.
The role is hybrid – 4 days in the office and 1 remote.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the finance team with daily accounting and administrative activities.
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Provide general support across the finance function as required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to help ensure efficient financial operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience of using Concur (Invoice/Expense).
- Used Sage OR equivalent accounting system.
- Multi-company finance experience.
- Multi-currency processing experience.
- Excel experience.
- Ideally asset management/financial services experience (although not essential).
