Skills Proven experience within a
Lloyd's / London Market insurer , with strong specialty claims exposureDeep understanding of London Market systems and processes (CRS, Insights Hub, ECF2, IMR, IRIS, DOCOsoft, etc.)Strong knowledge of Lloyd's Claims Management Principles, reporting standards and regulatory expectationsAdvanced experience with business analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)Exceptional analytical capability with experience handling complex, multi-source datasetsDemonstrated ability to create and deliver actionable management insightsExperience integrating claims data with underwriting, actuarial and portfolio metricsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagementExperience operating in a matrixed, global environment with dual reporting linesAbility to influence, challenge and support decision-making through data-driven insightsStrong problem-solving, organizational and prioritisation skillsundefined
