M&A Tax, Associate Director

cer Financial working alongside an accounting firm who are based in London. They are seeking an M&A Tax Associate Director to work with them on a permanent basis.
The responsibilities will include:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and M&A tax structuring.
- Advise private equity and corporate clients on tax implications throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Manage client relationships, meetings and transaction deliverables.
- Review tax reports, financial models and legal transaction documentation.
- Lead, mentor and develop junior team members.
- Drive business development, prepare proposals and build client relationships.
- Manage project budgets, billing and deadlines.
The successful candidate:
- ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.
- Strong UK tax technical knowledge and advisory experience.
- Experience in UK corporation tax, M&A tax and/or tax due diligence.
- Proven client management and project leadership skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
