Major & Complex Loss Adjuster (Desk-Based)

What will your day look like:

As a Major & Complex Desk-Based Loss Adjuster, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth, major loss, and technically complex property claims, including significant escape of oil and other specialist losses.

Working closely with clients, brokers, policyholders, and industry professionals, you'll drive claims to resolution while maintaining the highest standards of technical accuracy and customer service.

This is an opportunity to utilise your expertise on some of the most challenging claims in the market without the need for extensive travel.

Knowledge and Abilities:

We're looking for a confident and technically capable adjuster who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex claims challenges.
Essential Experience & Skills

Experience within a loss adjusting practice or insurer environment
Significant exposure to major loss and complex property claims
Strong technical property claims knowledge with a proven track record of successful claim resolution
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities effectively
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
Adaptable and flexible in a changing and evolving claims environment
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
