One of the world's leading quant funds in London in need of a developer to architect and enhance their regulatory reporting infrastructure.

• You'd be designing systems from scratch, not just maintaining legacy code. The technical challenges involve processing massive datasets, implementing robust validation protocols, and creating scalable solutions that meet strict regulatory requirements.
• You'd be crafting RPA automation solutions, building data validation frameworks, and optimizing their cloud architecture whilst maintaining regulatory compliance
• My client is one of the fastest-growing quant funds in the world right now: revenue more than doubled last year, and they're actively building out this technology function. This isn't a maintenance hire. They need someone who can genuinely shape a Market Surveillance platform.

This role initially requires 5 days onsite in London before moving to hybrid working.

Financial packages can be tailored to the individual and will include guaranteed bonus for 1st year plus the option for a bonus buyout or discretionary sign-on.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years as a Python Developer

- Expertise in Regulatory Reporting, Market Surveillance and/or Compliance

- Financial services experience needed. You will currently be working for a hedge fund, asset manager or major investment bank as a Python specialist

Optional:

- Excellent SQL

- RPA/ Automation experience

- Cloud computing
